Terms of Service

HOW TO COMMISSION ME
If you are interested in commissioning me you are welcome to contact me on a few select sites. You can contact me via the following platforms:- Discord (duskvivie)

This will depend on the commission type you have chosen and paid for. As well as my schedule on when I will be able to work on art or if I am able to work on art. Due to my job I do not have a lot of time to be able to work on my own art or even commissions, commissions will be delayed for far longer than the standard time it takes to do them! Be sure to check any of my socials (like Twitter or Bluesky) for any updates regarding progress or anything regarding commissions!Commissions are more likely to be worked on during my days off when I have the time to work on artwork. If you have any questions regarding this or need to know any progress, please see under Asking For WIPs to know when you can see any progress on your commission! If you no longer wish to have the commission done (so long as the commission is not finished yet!), then please see under Refund Policy!PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHOD
PayPal - Preferred payment method if you have DMed me or have commissioned me through my Commissions Form.Stripe - Preferred payment method through my Patreon or Ko-fi pages if you have commissioned me through either of those platforms.Square - Preferred method when purchasing any of my merch I create.First half of the commission I expect half payment. You can pay whatever amount (no lower than $5) up front if you want to! Half payment should be fulfilled once I present you the first WIP. You are welcome to ask for changes before I continue further work on the piece. Full payment must be done once the piece is done!REFUND POLICY
If you no longer want your commission and wish for a refund, you are welcome to ask for a refund for the following reasons:- If you do not have the funds to pay for the second half of the Commission.- You no longer want the Commission anymore.Please note that if you want a refund because of the second reasoning, the commission must still be in the works. If the commission is fully done I still expect full payment for the commission type, if you are unable to pay for it due to insufficient funds, you are welcome to ask if it can be on hold until you are able to pay the rest of the commission. However refusal to pay for the remaining amount will result in you not getting the piece and being blacklisted from commissioning me!ASKING FOR WIPS
You may ask for WIPs at least once or twice a week, no more than twice. Asking for WIPs more than once will result in a warning, continuous times will result in full refund of your commission and being blacklisted from commissioning me.POSTING MY ART ON OTHER PLATFORMS
So long as the piece is what you have commissioned me to do, you are welcome to post the work on your profile to share. Please provide proper credit and links when posting and sharing! Not providing proper credit will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me as well as having the piece taken down from your profile!I WILL NOT TOLERATE- DMing me or commenting publicly and asking me if I do requests. Please read my profiles on my social media or even Profile Carrd to see if Requests are open!- Attempting to try and get close to me and become my friend. I will choose who I wish to be friends with, this is because I do not want people to take advantage of me and use me for free art.- Constant messaging, asking me if I am still working on your Commission despite being shown WIPs.- Giving me a time limit on your piece when no due date was negotiated.- Haggling me for lower prices on my art when they have already been set!Doing any of the following listed above will result in immediately being blacklisted from commissioning me as well as full refund if you have commissioned me!COMMERCIAL USE
My art is not allowed to be used in any way, shape, or form for commercial usage. This can include the following down below:- My art being used for NFTs or be minted into NFTs.- My art being used to create AI Generated Artwork- Art being used for YouTube Thumbnails, Banners, or other forms of advertisement without my permission!REQUESTS
Requests as of currently are closed, only Close Friends are allowed to make Requests. Requests will open on occasion but will be slot based. Be on the lookout for Request Slots opening!NSFW COMMISSIONS
NSFW Commissions are to only be commissioned by users whom are 18+. Please provide me at most with your date of birth or just in general your age! Age should also be provided in social media bios as well. Any account that has no age in bio or refusal to give age will result in a decline in commissioning me this type of artwork.Further persistence may result in possible blacklisting as well!HAVE QUESTIONS?

  • Hate Art targeting another person or fandom

  • Cub/Loli/Shota (NSFW)

  • Complicated Backgrounds (unless given a reference).

  • Complicated Clothing and Armor (Unless given proper Reference)

FETISH CONTENT I WILL DRAW

  • Vore (Soft Vore Only)

  • Chubby/Weightgain/Fattening (No Morbidly Obese)

  • Bondage

  • Farts and Burps (no scat or vomiting)

  • Pregnancy/Egglaying/Lactation

  • MPreg (falls under pregnancy still)

  • Peeing/Watersports

  • Non-Con

You are more than welcome to ask for anything that is not listed here if you are curious, these are just primarily what I preferably draw!

FETISH CONTENT I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Vore (including: Hard Vore, Cock Vore, Anal Vore, Unbirthing)

  • Scat

  • Diaper/Baby (Baby Fur included)

  • Gore/Macabre (this does not include the use of blood in a non-fetish based work)

  • Vomiting/Regurgitation

COMMISSION TYPES

When Commissioning me, please provide references of the character(s) you want in your commission along with a reference of a pose you absolutely want to be used for the Commission. Please note that I will not accept references that are done by other artists unless it's specifically for the poses, I will not replicate art styles!

Chibi ($5)

Drawing of a Chibi Version of your own OC or a character of your choice.

  • Will cost $1 extra for an extra character

  • Can be SFW or NSFW

Icon/Headshot ($15)

Icon/Headshot of your OC or character of your choice.

  • Will cost $1.50 extra for another character added

  • NSFW not allowed for Icon based Commission types!

Character Reference Sheet ($15)

Reference sheet of your OC or Fursona!

  • Can be SFW or NSFW

  • May cost extra if you want to add anything extra, including extra details

Half Body ($25)

Half body drawing of your OC or character of your choice.

  • Will cost an extra $15 to add a character

  • Can be SFW or NSFW

Full Body ($50)

Full body drawing of your OC or character of your choice.

  • Will cost an extra $15 to add a character

  • Can be SFW or NSFW

OTHER COMMISSION TYPES

These are various other Commissions Types I am also taking, these range for more commercial work such as Banners (YouTube, Patreon, etc.), YouTube Thumbnails, and other stuff that is non-commercial based that would be more fitting here than under my basic Commission Types.

Character Badge (COMING SOON)

Physical Badges to be worn at Conventions or Events.

  • NSFW not allowed!

  • Can be Traditional or Digital, no extra charge on either preference

  • Please provide mailing address in DMs for me to be able to send you the Badge

Pokemon Trainer and Team Character Sheet ($30)

Character Sheet of you (drawn in the Pokemon Artstyle) or your own OC, with your desired Pokemon Team.

  • No NSFW allowed!

  • Will cost an extra $15 for an extra character plus Pokemon Team

  • Background will not cost extra
